We begin on the shoreline with a restorative Pilates class, focusing on core strength and mental clarity. As the island wakes up, we gather for a vibrant Jamaican Breakfast Buffet—a celebration of local flavors, fresh fruit, and premium coffee. Each guest will also receive a custom Wellness Gift Bag featuring hand-picked items to support your self-care journey.

Bring : A yoga mat or beach towel, water, and an open heart.
