Welcome to LuxeEase Travel!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and travel offerings. By booking with LuxeEase Travel, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, we will confirm the amount prior to booking.

  • Full payment must be received 45 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier fees.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations and refund eligibility are determined based on the supplier’s policy (e.g., airlines, resorts, cruise lines, or tour providers), and whether travel protection/insurance was purchased.

  • Depending on the supplier’s cancellation window, a refund or future travel credit may be issued. 

  • Please note that some suppliers are non-refundable after a certain date regardless of travel insurance coverage.

  • If you decline travel insurance, any losses or non-refundable amounts due to cancellations will be your responsibility.

    Cancellation Fees

  • In addition to any supplier-imposed penalties, cancellations are also subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of:

    $50 per booking, payable at the time of cancellation.

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

3. Changes by You

  • Change requests (e.g., date, itinerary, passenger name) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • LuxeEase Travel reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for changes which is $25.

4. Changes or Cancellations by LuxeEase Travel

  • We reserve the right to alter or cancel any travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or insufficient participation.

  • If a major change is necessary, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

  • It is your responsibility to purchase adequate coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage, and other potential losses.

6. Passports and Visas

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including valid passports and required visas, are in order.

  • LuxeEase Travel is not liable for any travel disruptions due to improper documentation.

7. Health and Fitness

  • Travelers must ensure they are physically fit and medically able to participate in the activities included in their itinerary.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special requirements.

8. Liability

  • LuxeEase Travel acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by their acts or omissions.

  • We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, or events beyond our control.

9. Code of Conduct

  • All travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for any traveler whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

10. Use of Personal Information

  • By booking with LuxeEase Travel, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County.
